I've also had Exped baffles blow up. Couldn't sleep with a bulge in the middle so I punched the mat until it looked like a big twinkie. Then I slept on my belly with my arms hanging down. Exped replaced it and I sold it and bought a NeoAir. I've had a Big Agnes seam leak, an Exped baffle blown and a NeoAir cut last summer (patched since).
