False analogy. Graphene, or carbon fibers, by themselves are not things that bike frames are made out of. And single measures are rarely useful descriptors of applicability.
It's worth looking into, but won't totally turn the world of cycling on its head.

Until "Stronger" is defined, claims like "it will be 200x stronger" are nothing more than marketing.
