Because it says "HARD ANODIZED" on it?

Maybe I have the rare elusive only jet black ones out there? I dunno, they are the only HA rims I have and I have a couple sets of em.



I also have some 47's Quark flashlights HA in black, and a few Zebralights in a more similar dull green-grey HA.
