It's not pretty but it'll work:
Tubing Cutter
You can knock it down with a 20% off coupon which are readily easy to find in junk mail.

You can probably find a hacksaw there that's cheaper or the same price but you'll have to work a bit more to make sure your cut is straight without a cutting guide. You dont need one for a pipe/ tubing cutter.

If you had money to splurge on "nice" keeper tools, I'd get a ridgid tubing cutter from home depot.
