Those derailleurs and shifters look like early SLJs, they came out in the 70s.
The rear derailleur may be a SLJ5000, it might be marked as such on the derailleur.(this derailleur is better than the original)
Original rims and hubs were probably Mavic Montlhery with Normandy Luxe Competition hubs.
Are you 100% sure those were the Rimsand Hubs used on this bike I am trying to restore to original
