Well really it's $100 bike lesser branded hard frame cro-mo MTB with lower end worn components, cheap wheels,tires and scary looking over raised seat post, yuck seat cover and dork grips. A bit of a scotter bike cheap and fun to ride but you wouldn't want to your bike BF friends see you riding it.
