Ok R600..This is just a sprint workout I did right at the beggining of the season. I'm using this one because it's one of your highest and the only one with a duration that makes any sense at all. Also, I am not a sprinter, I'm a climber. Hopefully you will understand your numbers are nothing special at all. And if these are your highest numbers you have got a long and frusterating career getting dropped off the back of 4's races.
