I'm guessing there's a tiny hole and I'm just postponing the inevitable. However my studded tire is such a pain to get on/off the rim that I figure it's worth a chance.

I'm going to run down to the bike parking area in the basement and check it over lunch. I brought a spare tube so if it's flat I'll change it in the comfort of a warm area. However if it's still holding air I'll just say a prayer of thanks and leave it alone.
