I have one. It was a gift. It is kind of ugly, but functional enough that I wear it every day. The screen is so small that I cannot read it when riding. After a ride, it automatically uploads my ride data to the cloud so I can review it later (distance, speed, route map, heart rate, etc). I'm not into hard core training plans, but keeping track of weekly mileage and being able to review old routes is nice to have. If you are into hard core training, you may want to look at Garmin's more expensive watches that do have more advanced training features. I think the Garmin vivo HR is more for casual users like me (or maybe a little more advanced than me).
