I have no knowledge of Novara bikes, but I know Haro Bikes well. The Haro brand has been around a long time (since late 70's) and started out BIG Time in the BMX scene. They make a solid, well made and well spec'd bike. It's a bit on the heavier side, but that's because of their BMX history. They build them to last!
