Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Not all bottom brackets are symmetrical. I just measured a 115 mm BB-UN72 and the DS flange to spindle distance was also 21.5 mm.
