Hi,

I have a threaded fork on my bike, and the frame is a bit too small, so there is too much of a drop to the handlebars for my taste. The handlebars are currently attached with a threaded quill to threadless adapter, and a threaded stem. The adapter is currently 3/4" above the minimum insertion line, which is kind of dangerous. Is there a better way to fix this problem? Thanks,
