I've been using Albuterol 2-3 times daily for many, many years, in fact since it was introduced in the UK as Ventolin, around 1970, and to my knowledge, the only cardiac side-effect may be an increased HR, although I have never noticed it, unlike in the old days, before this drug, when epinephrine was used, which had a significant effect on HR.
