Trico's classic Iron travel Case is the gold standard. (you can check out the specs at trico dot com). My case has been used a few times by me and I loaned it to a friend once. So minimal use. Only the wheels, pedals and seat post have to be removed to fit my bicycle (handlebars on a bigger frame) and it's fully lockable. PM me if you're interested. Thanks!
