That and this ting floating in my side vision was not going to work for me.

The bar end ones had yet to be developed and I was running SunTour bar ends anyway. When the lever body mounted Mirrycles came out their need to drill out a Campy body was a deal killer.

My friend and mentor who ran Bausch and Lomb's modeling dept had come up with his lever mounted mirrors and turn on me and other friends to them. As the bike world moved onto brifters a redesign was needed for the mounting post, which I did (came to me after months of thought like a light bulb turning on).

I can no longer find the mirror blanks or I would go into a small business and make more. Andy

That's a pretty intriguing mount for that mirror! Any chance that you can provide more photos of how it mounts to the lever?? With the disclaimer that I use helmet mounted mirrors, I'll still admit to being curious about how your mirror is mounted.

I'm also impressed by how much stuff you've managed to hang off of the left side of the handlebar! As someone who bike commuted for almost 2 decades, and made my own bike lights, I definitely respect anyone who builds something that meets their idea of a proper bike lighting system. Well done!!
