I'm not at all familiar with the roads in NE Ohio, but Zoarville appears to be about 30 miles (straight line distance) from Cadiz. USBR 50 (U.S. Bike Route 50) is routed along US 22 through Piedmont, Cadiz and Hopedale, continuing on east to Steubenville where you can cross the river and head north to Weirton, WV and the Panhandle trail. Are there back roads or less traveled highways from Zoarville south? If you search long enough you can find the USBR 50 route on the Ohio Dept. of Transportation website.
