the black section is electrical tape which i put there to protect the frame from the clamp on the kiddie trailer that i used for a few miles on the rails-to-trails near our house, so you all made me realize its been a few more than 20 miles.

as for the wear and tear that bike was in a very rough bike shop. the guy was a pack rat and it was a mess. a big big mess. like a few hundred bikes in a shop that probably should have had 80 if it were neatly organized.

and for all i know he could have lied to me about it being new.

but regardless, would you all be able to help me out with a value on it?
