I've dropped about 10 pounds since mid-October, just doing two things:

1. Substituted diet soda for regular soda.

2. Ride 4-hours back-to-back days every weekend in zone 2 (low intensity, small ring x15).

The weight just melts off.

5'10", 175 lbs. and dropping.
