Hi, I am trying to figure out what rapid fire shifter I could use on My Jamis Xenith, I have a 52 39 30 triple and 9 speed Tiagra brifters , Sora front triple, 105 rear.


Any info on the right combination for a flat bar conversion would be helpful, Thanks .
