I think it's a good price, I purchased a Trek 1500 SLR WSD for about $250 and probably spent a good ~$200 around brake pads, cables, crankset and bottom bracket and platform pedals. It was pretty light and for around ~$400-500 bike I have a light and responsive bike. I might be letting it go though since it's a little off-sized for me. For 350 the gatorskins and the clipless are nice additions by the way.
