Our '04 Wrangler has been trouble-free. 185k miles, so far. Has been driven up and down the East coast many times (Syracuse to Philly and No.Va.) and several long road trips. Longest trek was Syracuse to Scottsdale, AZ, when it had about 100k on the clock.

Replaced the head gasket and water pump (wp was a "while you're in there" preventative job) around 100k. Also, did various u-joints. Prep for the big cross country adventure.

Still has the original exhaust and clutch.

It even survived a run-in with a deer.
