I'll agree that it is mostly mental. I can't bring myself to ride on a trainer. I end up bundling up and heading outside. I do get a bit chilly, but no pain, no gain, right? (Although if the pain goes away because I can't feel any appendages, then I consider it time to head in.)

I enjoy breathing in the cold air too... may sound odd, but cold air always feels better.
