Thanks everyone. Feeling better today, did some tempo on Zwift. I think by race day I should be OK. I think i'm going race both the aero and the Merx cats, since i only get a few race days a year now, may as well maximize them. OTOH, never did i finish a TT and say "i wanna go again"
LAJ - keep dodging! When my husband came down with it, I pretty much knew i was doomed. we tried really hard, but tough to avoid passing it around.
