If it needs tires, you looking at another $40 plus $10 for tubes. Grips are $10-15, seat is $30-$200. Anything drive train related can be a $30 chain or looking on ebay for shifters.
most of all, it should fit you, not just your wallet.
I appreciate the replies. I'm still new so couldn't post a link. I was more concerned with frame strength not the money. I'm 6'2" 450.
