I rode my bike on the trainer yesterday and today. Nothing hard. It was cold. Still, it was totally delicious.
I said up thread "no races until April" but I forgot I have a 40K TT a week from Sat. Should be fun, having been on the TT bike so little time of late...
Also: at some point I really need to step back on the scale. I kind of don't want to know.
