There was a power meter that never made it to market that measured deflection on the right chain stay. Since it never made it to market I don't know much about it.
It probably neglected the hub windup
I was worried that using wheel velocity wouldn't work right given the frame flex was part of the displacement, but on second thought it's the same as instantaneous bike velocity so it's probably better than using only spoke flex or only chain stay flex.
