While I can't claim with 100% certainty, I did hear a loud "pop" when riding over said dip and then noticed the crack as soon as I got home. I am very particular about my bikes and use a carbon cleaner after each ride. This crack is more noticeable in person. What I can tell you is that when my dealer inspected it, they said it would be a frame replacement with a strong level of confidence.
There will be those that from the picture think the crack is inconsequential, there will be those that are ok with riding a repaired carbon frame. There will be those that think I am being unreasonable rather than Bianchi. We are all entitled to our beliefs. As for me, I believe Bianchi has fallen from it's perch. Caveat emptor.
