Hello! I am a newbie to cycling, long time Clydesdale. I am 5'-7" and 275. I am working on getting down to around 175, and would like to get into duathlons/triathlons. I've done some running in the last few years (a few marathons and 1 ultra), but now that I don't live near any decent trails I've decided to try road cycling.
