I put on tektro hoods and levers and lined up the bottom of the levers with bottom of drop bar and poninted bar ends at the rear caliper. I think the photo angle makes them look high.

Spent very little money cleaning it up. Biggest pain was the frozen seat tube which took me three days to loosen up. Derailleurs were a disaster but they lined up and adjusted sweetly. Lots of vinegar on rusted nuts and bolts to clean them up.

Thanks. I'll check the bar angle when back in town. The reflector will come off if I don't sell it.
