First ride back on the road this am, 25 miles with 1400 ft climbing and an average temp of 37F. Rode with a Nightcrawler friend, who wound up drawing me into a stronger-than-I-intended effort up the first very short hill. Felt good so I just rode all the hills right around threshold. I'm supposed to kind of go easy per eye doc but I think threshold efforts are fairly easy, right?
