I did see another gentleman riding, rather slowly with no lights at all, and in dark clothing. This was 6AM, so still very dark out. As I passed him I was tempted to say something to him, but didn't.
Curious whether you would say something if you encountered someone like that.
Nope. It could be deliberate for all I know, or special circumstances. There was one guy who posted here, who handed out cheap tail lights. Everyone appreciated it, but he'd see them later on - no lights.
I left an hour early last night, when the local tornado warning on wundermap just touched my route. There was no issue then and it must have missed us entirely because there was no debris this morning, no more than usual anyway. Oddly, fewer people are out this morning than yesterday.
