It's an often overlooked option but the Aventon LA30 wheelset is a really good track wheelset for the money (think Mavic Ellipse at half the price). They're light, strong, aero and the hubs are great (unlike Ellipses). The logos come off easily with acetone too if they cramp your style.

In my opinion the Phil Wood GXP BB is the best one on the market.
