As noted above, Super Record spindles are titanium, not steel. Early production was hollow and used bolts to fasten the arms, like the Record cranks. Later production was solid, with threaded studs on the ends for nuts to fasten the arms. Both had pressed-on steel races and used smaller balls than Record/Nuovo Record bottom brackets (3/16" vs 1/4" for Record/Nuovo Record), and both are relatively rare.
The shield logo spindles appeared in the 1980s and IIRC were symmetrical spindles rather than asymmetrical like the older Record/Nuovo Record, etc.
