I use rim brakes. I already have wheels I like but if I was in the market for another set?

1). ALU wheels, I would not get carbon rim brake, ever.

2). Wide, 25mm wide minimum and about 30-40mm deep. I want some aero, and 25mm tires sit on 25mm wide rims much better, 25mm is the standard. 25mm on 25mm rims should expand to about 27mm.
