could be the SART population is growing because they are being removed from other areas.
In December during a weekday ride the sheriffs and a hazmat crew in jumpsuits and gloved up, were cleaning out the camp near Firestone. About that time the camp behind the storage yard just south of the 60 torched themselves out and it took a few weeks for that mess to be cleaned out and all the debris hauled away.
There seems to be a real social functioning strata along the SGRT. North of Santa Fe dam the camps are unobtrusive and you see the same people with a daily routine. It's almost like they commute from a real job or treat panhandling like a job.
The closer to the beach you get, the more criminality, dysfunctionality and squalor you see.
Those people need to be institutionalized!
But the virtue signaling SJW's will have none of that!
