There is a big difference between 2 min and one hour for holding you breath.
For track standing, juggling a soccer ball, standing ... if you can get 2 min you can likely get a lot more than that. There is a published record for slow cycling. It is/was a thing. The Record is many hours. Folks gave up caring.

When we were on a family vacation in Italy and it was raining he was track standing in the dining area - I don't know 10-15 min, till we told him to cut it out.
