I've got a 9cm Nitto Technomic Forged stem (the extremely tall variety) for a 1" threaded steerer; I need a 9cm stem to fit a 1" threadless steerer and 31.8mm oversized bars.

I've also got a steek Trek MTB fork with canti braze-ons, if anyone needs one.
