Okay.. I'll answer in Kilometers =D

I'm commuting straight north/south in East Vancouver.
I go from Hastings to Marine.
My route is 13.1 km long, and it takes me anywhere from 35 to 40 minutes.
I guess thats an average speed of 22km/h
