Had a bit of a 'rest' weekend, though not sure how much recovery I got. Went up to the snow for a few days, did some snowboarding, got stuck for an extra day because of weather + traffic, and missed a day of work. Whoops. Was a bit stressful but an adventure none the less.
Late evening trainer session today - Sweetspot 2x15 + 1x10. Ate too close to the start of this workout and had a bad side stitch for the last couple minutes of the 2nd and 3rd set. Blegh. Otherwise legs and lungs felt good. Maybe the elevation did me some good.
