Yep- the cyclist was stupid riding against traffic. He should get ticketed, and if he did damage to the car that hit him, he should pay for it.

I freely run red lights but never, ever go the wrong way unless a street is under construction or something like that. I'd rather be on the sidewalk at 3mph.
