The ultimate would be the Continental model that is basically a 190-gram cut-down Grand Prix road-racing tire in a 26" MTB size, with featherweight butyl tubes. I've got a pair of the venerable Matrix Mt. Aero rims (375 grams, aero-V) and have often toyed with this idea for a sort of drag-racing traffic bike.
