Since I took that picture, I swapped out the 48t chainring for a pinned, ramped 46t, the crankset is now 46-36-24 with an 8-speed 11-32 cassette. It does fine on the road, it now has a rear rack and I use it as a commuter, a vacation bike at the beach, and riding on gravel.
