I didn't know how to approach the whole bike "kit" thing so listened to a coworker and tried Voler. Now nearly everthing is Voler and I am satisfied. Bibs all the way though. I can understand if your experience includes shoulder straps that are too short. I wouldn't be surprised if different brands fit differently. Even in the Voler range of products there are different cuts and chamois. Find one you like and stick to it. I must say that their Black Label is pretty good stuff. Fell into it when they gave me a big discount for a pair of bibs that appeared to wear out in less than 6 months. Great customer orientation.
