can't really answer comfort questions without knowing leg/torso/arm dimensions. If it fits you better, it's more comfortable. The main issue for comfort is butt/hand weight balance. My first season randonneuring, I decided to get a shorter stem. I didn't really notice any issues right away, but by the time the 600k rolled around I realized I was more cramped on the bike and I had problems with the nerves in my hands. So I went back to the longer stem and it got better. I have the torso and arm length of a taller person, so most stock geometry is a bit short for me.

Looking closer at those numbers, they are making the classic compromises to keep overlap down. Not sure why they would go with a steeper head angle on the urbano though. And making the seat tube angle steeper than normal is really just window dressing. For most people, this is just going to mean a seatpost with more setback. I feel like they should have made the effort to find a fork with more rake.
