Anyone out there have a Genesis Electric Folding commuter bike? I just got one. I loved it the first two commuter days. Then it got a flat. I contacted their customer service for info on removing the rear wheel (which has the electric motor) and zippo response. I figured out the way to remove it is to unbolt the front sprocket to give me enough play to remove the rear wheel. There was nothing that came through the tire to give it a flat. I assumed a faulty inner tube. Genesis was no help.
Put in a new 14" inner tube. It has gone flat again. And this is after a total of 8 commutes on it with two flat tires! And now the on switch is malfunctioning.
