i just picked up the lezyne super GPS enhanced with all of the fixins for 230 bucks from backcountry.com

the sensors that it came with do pair to my phone also as they're bluetooth sensors, but the rides and stuff that i do either indoors on the trainer or outside all can be uploaded to my phone.

not sure what you're trying to cmomunicate from teh computer to your phone, but my computer will show important notifications like turn left on adams st in however many feet if its feeding me directions from the google maps app. it will populate text messages, e-mails and incoming phone calls and then i just updated the firmware today, you can upload .tcx files to it so it gives you turn by turn directions (this is haven't tried out yet).

i upgraded from a Sigma BC16.12 because my headlight was causing interference between it and the speed sensor. because this computer wasn't GPS based, and the speed sensor signal blocked at night because of the light being on while commuting, i couldn't keep track of my mileage which i like to do for personal reason/goals. so i have that sitting around if you're interested in that but there's no communication to the phone with the cyclocomputer, just a good computer that didn't like my headlight is all.
