I'm guessing 'sprint' means that the cycling portion of the tri is pretty short, and I'm guessing that you're not looking for a TT bike either. In any case, BD is good value for your money, but you have to do some assembly work yourself. If you are not capable of doing it I'm sure you can take it to your LBS for them to assemble it for a fee.
Size wise, again, it's tough to buy a bike on line if you don't know exactly what size you are, and even if the chart says that you should fit someone your height, there's no guarantee that you will actually be comfortable on the bike. Your LBS can help you with a proper fit if you were to buy from there. But I understand that you probably have to pay more for a similarly equipped bike from your LBS than from BD. Fit is most important with your purchase. You can change the gear, saddle, tires, etc. after, but it's difficult to make a bike that is a size too small or too big fit you.
