Well, I'm 220 plus way too much stuff, my bikes range between 32 and 60 lbs, 70 for my e-cargo bike. I've only put 450 miles on my e-bike to date, so also no experience with longevity there, but having a hub drive may help some.

I wish I knew the secret as chain maintenance isn't something I'm fond of, and the reason why I have a couple of bikes with chaincases.
