This isn't my photo, and it was apparently taken with a potato, but the two visible logos are pretty distinct. The original poster never responded when asked what frameset it is. Given that it is, what looks like, fillet brazed steel, with really unique track ends it should be easy to identify, but my searches have been fruitless.
