While I did ride to work today, I did the exact same thing with running.

It would have been a great day for a run. Decent temp (low 40s) and dry. I got up early and dressed for running, even putting my shoes on. Once I get going I love running. When I'm done I feel great and I'm glad I did it.

Yet instead of running I found myself snoozing in my chair for an hour with the cat laying on my legs. Just couldn't get myself out the door.

I must have a case of the Mondays.
